We run our own business on what we build.
For five years Sneaker Haven ran on Thrive by Shopventory, connecting inventory between Square and Shopify. It worked, but it meant hours every week in spreadsheets: calculating consignment, reconciling costs, doing transfers by hand. We moved to HavenHub, our custom Ownstead build.
What changed
- Cleaner numbers. The migration surfaced and fixed a lot of stock inaccuracies that had built up over the years, and we now trust the inventory and cost figures.
- Most of the busywork automated. AI agents now handle consignment math, cost reconciliation and inventory transfers, the work that used to eat hours in spreadsheets.
- More marketplaces, fewer problems. Better insights let us keep more active marketplace accounts, including StockX, without losing control of them.
- Overselling mostly gone. Some months we saw cancel rates over 10% on problem platforms. We now stay under 2%, and October 2026 to date shows 0% cancels from selling an item on another platform first.*
